Big News: Apple’s Next Gen iPhone (iPhone 5,1) referred in iOS 5.1 Beta Information!
It was yesterday we reported that Apple has given iOS 5.1 Beta to developers and spilled the beans about iPad 2,4 too. Developers have joint in together to unleash small fragments of iOS 5.1 Beta information that hint about future Apple devices.
The most significant finding involves the next generation iPhone, iPhone 5 (or say, iPhone 6). The handset has been labeled as iPhone 5,1 internally.

First noticed by 9To5Mac, the entry of a “4,x” (probably iPhone 4,2) model in the above image shows very minor external changes made to the current handset (that is iPhone 4S referred as iPhone 4,1).
Does this mean that next iPhone (labeled as iPhone 4,2) would be a minor improvement over iPhone 4S? What would be it’s name? iPhone 4GS or iPhone 5? Will this enhanced version include NFC and 4G LTE connectivity and same old A5 processor?
Hey! What about the 4-inch display screen and the metallic look ? Will iPhone 4,2 include so many features? If yes, then why is it referred as “4,2”? Is it because it won’t have the A6 processor?
OMG! I am totally confused! Too many questions and no clear answers!
Well, whatever the case may be, one thing can be said for sure! iPhone 5,1 points towards a major technological leap over the current gen iPhone. It would come loaded with the beastly quad-core A6 processor. Will it be called iPhone 5 or iPhone 6?
Let’s see what comes this spring, real dude iPhone 5 with bigger screen, NFC, LTE, metallic casing and A6 processor or a minor upgrade of iPhone 4S with NFC and LTE support!
